Ajax

Standing at 45 inches tall he’s as large as a standard wolf can get, but even a cursory glance will show that he’s anything but the average, run-of-the-mill guy. The base of his coat is a dark, brownish orange, accented by streaks of a much brighter hue that twist like open flames. Splodges of white are dappled here and there on his form, gathering across his cheeks and muzzle in a mask that looks somehow familiar. The tips of his tail, toes and ears are also dipped in white, giving him an almost vulpine appearance.

His face is a handsome one and he knows it, but there’s something off about his eyes. Almost too blue and yet somehow too bland, like dead fish eyes. His smile never meets them, no matter how hard he tries to force it. Weird, huh?

In terms of built, he’s considerably lighter and more nimble than Sparrow. Nowhere near as chunky but muscular and strong all the same, closer to a swimmer's physique than an outright brawler. A pair of straight horns rise out of his forehead, his paws are lined with feline claws, all the better to scratch you with. Most notably is his tail, it's big and fluffy larger and longer than the average wolf, further doubling down on his foxy appearance. It also makes a wonderful makeshift blanket, if he likes you enough.

Hidden well beneath the puff and fluff is a white tail blade that sheaths out of sight-well mostly, with just the tip poking out at the end. In and of itself it's rather unassuming, sharp enough to do some damage but not really big enough to catch the eye, unless you take a moment to look. That is until he whips the rest of the blade. By tensing and relaxing his specially mutated tail muscles, Ajax is able to sheathe and unsheathe the blade at will, resulting in a full length blade that is both razor sharp and a health risk to those around him when he wags his tail. Basically, think tail sword that he can and will stab you with.

In all he's sexy. What else is there to say?

Ajax is kind of a bad guy.

Rash and impulsive, he leaps long before he looks and if that ends him up in trouble then oh well. That’s how things go sometimes. He’s not the sort that dislikes change or shies away from risk, in fact the more dangerous and chaotic a situation, the better. Whilst he enjoys being around people he rarely takes their needs and wants into consideration and often comes across as overly self-centred and selfish. Remind you of someone? He can be overly blunt at times and struggles accepting criticism, more often than not shrugging if off like it means nothing to him. Not even worth thinking about. More than anything else he sucks at expressing his feelings, preferring to hide everything behind a fake and easy smile. Getting him to open up and actually talk about himself seems near impossible, he’s far more like Sparrow than he realises.
