coat

Ezra's patterns and coloring calls back to generations back in his father's lineage. The base color for his fur is a deep, reddish brown with just enough red hues to his coat to keep him from following the brown hues of his father. The russet male has a darker, almost back hue that tips his tail and nose and shows in a few dapples and speckles around his form. For the most part though, his markings come in the form of splatters, splashes, and speckles of white. The only real district white markings to speak of come in a faded highlight that covers most of the middle of his face and around his right eye, a sock that comes up to his knee on his back right leg, a smaller sock that covers the toes of his back left foot, and a large, uneven patch of white that starts in the middle of his back, goes down to the base of his tail, and then stretches down to the middle of his thighs. This forms a loose rendition of the appaloosa markings that first began with his great, great, grand father. Its far more irregular and scattered than his had been, but the resemblance is there all the same.

eyes

His eyes offer a surprisingly bright contrast to his otherwise fairly dark coat, standing out with their bright, silvery blue coloring. In some lights you might mistake his eye color for matching his father's silver, but when you look more closely you'll see the hint of sky blue that gives his irises some color.

physique

He will match his father's height once he is fully grown, reaching fourty five inches in height and carrying a muscled build. He'll have a slightly lighter build than his father, falling more into the medium spectrum, especially in his younger years. However, with many hours of training and fighting he will still keep a heavily muscled and strong physique.

unique atributes

Something that could go unnoticed by anyone not in a fight with him is a mutation with his teeth, focused specifically on teeth around the front part of his mouth. They are sharp and serrated, making it far easier for him to rip and tear at flesh when the occasion calls for it. The more flat teeth toward the back of his mouth meant for chewing were luckily untouched by this mutation. Shortly after the Long Night of Year 17, Ezra gained a pair of antlers, the bone growing in with a darker brown than most typical deer antlers.

loyal

When Ezra finds someone that he respects and has earned his loyalty he will be dedicated to them forever. His best friend, the woman he loves, his family—they all get his unending loyalty. He often feels like he needs to return any dedication or kindness he has been given tenfold and whatever one of his select wolves asks of him he will pretty much always do. He is protective of the ones he loves and will throw himself into the line of fire for them without much thought. He's a very proficient fighter and does enjoy a spar or fight from time to time, but he's not the type to seek out a fight. He will, however, throw himself into a fight immediately if it's for the sake of protecting those he loves. He's a defender through and through.

kind hearted

Ezra doesn't really have a mean bone in his body. He's always putting others before himself and is genuinely a sweet and relaxed guy. He never takes anything too seriously and pretty easily strikes up a conversation with anyone he's with. At times he can even come off as self sacrificing as he puts his all into helping and supporting someone else. It can be pretty important for him to have someone looking out for him and his best interests to make sure he's not running himself ragged, but as long as he has someone else making sure he takes care of himself he can remain pretty balanced.

naive

Since he hasn't had much exposure to the world, he does tend to be quite naive and gullible. He isn't always the first to catch on to whatever is going on and some could even call him dopey at times. He's actually quite bright and knowledgeable about a select few subjects, but in terms of social cues, understanding women, dealing with things like diplomacy or more intellectual topics he's absolutely hopeless. He's a strong fighter and a skilled hunter—but don't ask him to identify plants or direct you across a mountain range. personality
